Rachel & Joel’s Wedding at Heavitree in Exeter & Woodbury Park

Friday saw the first of 2 weddings this weekend and Woohoo, the sun was out! The first being Rachel & Joel who got married at the All Angels Church in Heavitree, Exeter followed by their reception at Woodbury Park Golf  & Country Club bringing together their Uni friends and families from across the country. Rachel’s dress was beautiful and she looked amazing while Joel looked quite dapper himself :) . Topping of a great day and kicking off the evening was a Jazz & Swing band – High Society.  Congratulations guy’s, Thanks for asking me to share and record your day with you, hope you both have a wonderful honeymoon in Paris.

Lauren & Stephen’s Wedding at St Michaels All Angels Church, Exeter

This weekend I was in Exeter photographing Lauren & Stephen’s Wedding at St Michaels All Angels Church, adjacent to the Iron Bridge. The Church is absolutely stunning inside and has a taller spire than Exeter Cathedral. From there they went across to Tavistock for their reception. Here’s a couple of pics…

Helen & Will’s Wedding at Exeter & Torquay

Well my sun dance has worked once again, this time for Helen & Will’s ’50′s themed’ wedding at the Catholic Chaplaincy at Exeter University followed with their reception back at Helen’s parents home in Torquay. Not a single cloud in the sky throughout the day making challenging conditions for us wedding photographers but perfect for Bride & Groom’s.
Sadly they were let down just 2 weeks ago by their caterers who were struggling to provide 100% nut free products so their family pulled out all the stops and to be honest, even though it must have been extremely hard work, I think it was all the better for it. The food was amazing, they all did an brilliant job. Helen was even confident to eat the puddings without worry for the first time in years, you should have seen her face, she was on cloud 9!
They’re off to an ‘Art deco’ Hotel on Burgh Island, South Devon for their honeymoon which is an amazing hotel, I know they’re going to have a great time.
