Bovey Castle | The Wedding of Tafline & Sam

I’m a little late updating my blog this time but i have good reason, I’ve been away on holiday, whoop whoop . Tafline & Sam’s got married at the picturesque Dunchideock Church situated on the edge of Dartmoor, near Exeter. Poor Tafline was really suffering with the flu but managed to dose herself up with Lemsips and fought through it. She did brilliantly and to help the sun was out in full force. Stepping out of the church as a Mr & Mrs they were greeted by a passing Chimney Sweep who grabbed a kiss from the bride giving her an eternity of good luck, what were the chances of that! They then set of with just their close friends and family to Bovey Castle for their wedding breakfast and celebrations. The evening came and they were again joined by all of their friends and family dancing the night away and gambling on the fun casino. Here are a few photos from their day…

Kristina & Adam’s Wedding at The Rose in Vale Hotel, St Agnes

With non stop rain and blustry winds it was not the most perfect of weather for an outdoor wedding but thankfully this didn’t deter Kristina & Adam for their wedding at The Rose in Vale Hotel in Mithian, Nr St Agnes, Cornwall. With the choice of relocating the ceremony indoors they opted for it to continue as planned outside. Fortunatly Kristina, her entire family and her friends (most of whom had travelled from the States & China) all have such an upbeat and infectious personalities we barely noticed it was raining and it was a pleasure to see everyone was having an awesome time. We even went onto the beach at Perranporth for some photos, did i think they were mad, oh yes, but seeing the results it was well worth it

Lauren & Stephen’s Wedding at St Michaels All Angels Church, Exeter

This weekend I was in Exeter photographing Lauren & Stephen’s Wedding at St Michaels All Angels Church, adjacent to the Iron Bridge. The Church is absolutely stunning inside and has a taller spire than Exeter Cathedral. From there they went across to Tavistock for their reception. Here’s a couple of pics…

Joanna & Andy’s Wedding at St Audries Park, Somerset.

I first met Joanna back at St Audries Park last year when she was the hair dresser for a wedding i was the phtographer at. Considering Joanna is there almost weekly working with numerous other photographers I was well chuffed when she remembered me and called to ask me to photograph her wedding to Andrew. Today has been such a hoot for me, i’m really spoilt having a job like this and meeting such a great bunch of people, it almost doesn’t feel like work . Here’s a few from today…..

Rob & Sarah’s wedding at Pyworthy

This weekend was the wedding of Rob & Sarah at the stunning 18th century Rectory Coach House, in Pyworthy, just outside of Holsworthy. Thankfully the weather was kind and they were able to hold the ceremony outside.
