I’m pleased to announce that at last we have our Credit & Debit card facility up and running. We can now accept payment from all Major Credit & Debit cards such as Visa, Maestro & Solo. Payments can be made in person, via chip & pin, over the telephone or by using our shopping cart.
I recently submitted a panel of 20 wedding photos to the prestigious Master Photographers Association (MPA) which were then assessed by a panel of judges from the Professional Photographic Qualifying Board (PPQB). The PPQB is a joint initiative between the MPA and BIPP. 10 had to be from the same wedding whilst the remaining 10 can come from a selection of weddings. They asses everything from the composition of the photograph through to the control of my lighting and even down to the quality of the photo print itself.
Well I’m pleased to say that I passed and have been accepted into the Association as a Master Photographer and I believe am one of their youngest qualified members in the South West! Hey, I even now have letters after my name – Adrian Downing LMPA. 
A big thanks must also go out to all of my brides of 2008 who helped to make this happen.
Here it is – my cover shoot for the ‘here & Now’ Magazine. I’ve also got a double page spread inside on pages 8 & 9 as they did a feature on weddings and getting married in Cornwall. You can find this magazine almost anywhere throughout Cornwall as it’s given away free as a tourist guide. It can be found on most tourist leaflet stands / doctors surgeries etc etc. You know the kind of places i mean… Anyway, in case you can’t find it i’ve got a photo of it here
Please keep an eye on my web site during the next couple of weeks. I’m going to be adding a couple of new pages one of which will be a free engagement photoshoot (e-session) to all future couples that book me. These can be anywhere from your favorite beach to where you 1st met. It’s up to you. As well as producing great photos of a special time in your life they also allow you to get used to me and the camera so you’ll be more familiar and relaxed with me on your wedding day. A win win situation really
