Julie & Paul at Sennon Church & Cape Cornwall Golf Club.

Saturday saw the wedding of Julie and Paul who got married in Sennon Church followed with their reception at the Cape Cornwall Golf & Country Club. Sennon church is the most westerly in Britain and dates back to 520AD i believe. Cape Cornwall Golf & Country Club is also registered to do Civil Ceremonies and has with what has to be one of the best views in England. The owner, Steve, ensures everything is perfect on the day and this place is defiantly going to be added to my recommended venues list. There were some real emotional moments and even i started to get choked up when Julie’s 7 year old daughter Shannon read out a speech that she’d written.

Little Shannon after she’s had her makeup applied, How grown up does she look? :)

Julie and her Dad just as their about to enter the church…

Sadly myself and my assistant were told to stay at the back of the church by the vicar so were restricted as to what we could photograph.

Do views get much better than this? The awesome rocks at Cape Cornwall.

Shannon reading out her speech, It was really lovely and ensured there was barely a dry eye in the place :)

Claire & Tony’s Wedding at Polhawn Fort

The weather couldn¹t have been much worse for Claire & Tony¹s wedding at Polhawn Fort on Saturday, however, it didn¹t dampen their spirits. Claire looked stunning in her dress with the pink detail matching the bridesmaids dresses as well as her new name perfectly. Tony, proudly wearing his uniform, currently serves in the Merchant Navy but has also been a member of the Royal Navy, Army, Marines and a personal bodyguard and is heavily decorated with Medals. So much so he only wore half of them! They¹re now off to the Maldives on their honeymoon. Thanks for a great day guys. :)

We also did a session on the Polhawn Fort’s private beach this morning.

Lisa & Dave – E-Session

Popped down to St Austell this afternoon to visit Lisa & Dave and while i was there we did some photos in some local gardens. I’m quite fortunate as photographers are not usually allowed in these gardens but Lisa & Dave are friends with the owners and pulled some strings. Neither Lisa or Dave are keen on having their photo taken so we kept it pretty casual. I’ve not been back long but here’s a couple from the day..
